Delivery Policy

FREE DELIVERY

BeBeSup provides FREE delivery to any address within Singapore main island, except PO Boxes and restricted areas. We only deliver to Singapore address.

DELIVERY TIMING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5 working days upon confirmation of payment. Please indicate your preferred date and time in "Special instruction for seller". We will try our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you for alternative date and time for delivery arrangement. We understand that you may not be able to receive your parcel during the work day, we do provide weekend delivery on availability and pre-arranged basis.

Please be informed that we do not deliver during Public Holiday. The period of "No delivery" will be updated on our website. We will contact you for the next possible date and time for delivery after the "No delivery" period.
